ALCI Beauty Shipping Policy

At ALCI Beauty, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, starting with fast and reliable shipping. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about shipping, delivery times, rates, and more.

1. Shipping Locations: Currently, ALCI Beauty only ships to addresses within the UAE. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding to other regions in the future.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days for an additional charge.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Dhs. 300 within the UAE.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under Dhs. 300 will incur a shipping fee of Dhs. 20.
  • Express Shipping Fee: Available for Dhs. 40, regardless of order amount.

4. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders may take longer to process during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We only ship to valid residential or commercial addresses within the UAE.

7. Order Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, such as damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. ALCI Beauty uses high-quality packing materials to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

9. Returns for Shipping Errors: If we send the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
